DUTIES AND TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from AMENPAPA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to AMENPAPA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Should the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise including the shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

You can pay using various currencies. If you choose a currency from the list in the top right corner of the page, all our prices will be displayed in that currency. When you come to pay for your order, you’ll be charged in the currency you have selected. If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you’re purchasing in, then your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.

POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at AMENPAPA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, including all applicable custom import fees.

Should you wish to return any or all of the product/s to us, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to AMENPAPA. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried the followings:

    • Checking if you have an attempted delivery from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office, delivery depot or building management office.
    • Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
    • Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.

If you still can't find your parcel, please email us at info@amenpapa.com and quote your order number. We'll do our best to locate your parcel straightaway.

DO YOU SHIP TO HONG KONG P.O. BOXES?

Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. boxes via Standard shipping only. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.
